Where We Show Up
for Learners
ExcelPrep and ExcelClinical operate across three service models — K-8 schools, interdisciplinary clinical centers, and home-based ABA — bringing expert, evidence-based care where families need it most.

Three models. One mission.
Our service models are designed to meet families wherever they are — in the classroom, the clinic, or the home. Each shares the same commitment to evidence-based practice, measurable outcomes, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
ExcelPrep K-8 Schools
Purpose-built full-day school programs for neurodiverse learners PreK–8th grade. Academic instruction via Direct Instruction and Precision Teaching, with ABA, Speech, and OT embedded in every school day.
ExcelClinical — Interdisciplinary Centers
Clinical ABA, Speech-Language Therapy, and Occupational Therapy under one roof. BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs collaborate on every learner’s care — aligned goals, shared data, streamlined scheduling.
Home-based ABA
BCBA-supervised ABA delivered in the family home. Naturalistic teaching targets communication, play, daily living, and adaptive skills where generalization happens most naturally — with parent training included.
ExcelPrep K-8 Schools
Full-day academic programs for neurodiverse learners PreK through 8th grade. Each campus delivers Direct Instruction and Precision Teaching across reading (SRA Reading Mastery), writing (SRA Reasoning & Writing), and mathematics (Singapore Math, SRA, SpringMath) — with ABA, speech-language, and occupational therapy embedded throughout the school day.
Our founding campus. An inclusive PreK–8 environment where structured academic instruction and embedded therapeutic support work in seamless partnership. Co-located ExcelClinical services mean families can access ABA, speech, and OT without leaving campus.
Serving the Bloomington-Normal twin cities region. Small class sizes, individualized education plans, and a full continuum of behavior and therapy support — with co-located ExcelClinical services giving students access to their BCBA, SLP, and OT throughout the school day.
Our Texas flagship. Bilingual-friendly staff and a culturally responsive classroom environment with full therapy integration. Co-located ExcelClinical services — including bilingual clinicians — available on campus for K-8 learners and their families.
In development and on track to open for the 2027–2028 academic year. This campus will bring our proven K-8 model to the greater Chicago metropolitan area. Interest list now open — families who register early will be among the first contacted when enrollment opens.
ExcelClinical — Interdisciplinary Centers
Each ExcelClinical center brings Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech-Language Therapy, and Occupational Therapy together under one roof. BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs meet regularly to align goals, share data, and coordinate care — eliminating the fragmentation families often face navigating multiple providers. Insurance-based services available at all locations.
Intensive, insurance-based ABA alongside speech-language pathology and occupational therapy. Our BCBA team develops individualized treatment plans while SLPs and OTs provide targeted services aligned to each learner’s goals. Regular interdisciplinary team meetings ensure cohesive care at every step.
A full complement of BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs working as a unified care team. Streamlined scheduling lets families access all three disciplines on the same day. Shared progress tracking and cross-discipline goal alignment ensure every provider is working toward the same outcomes.
Comprehensive ABA, speech, and OT for South Texas families. Bilingual clinicians available to support Spanish-speaking families throughout evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy. Coordinated care across all three disciplines in a single welcoming clinic environment.
Home-based ABA
For Chicago metro families, ExcelClinical brings BCBA-supervised Applied Behavior Analysis directly into the home. Ideal for younger learners building foundational skills, families seeking scheduling flexibility, or learners who benefit from instruction in their natural environment. All services are BCBA-supervised and include structured parent training.
BCBA-supervised Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work in the learner’s home — targeting communication, play, self-care, daily living, and social interaction within everyday routines where generalization happens most naturally. Sessions are individually programmed, data-driven, and regularly reviewed by a supervising BCBA.
Well suited for learners 18 months through school age building early language and learning readiness skills. Parent and caregiver training is a core component of every home program — equipping families with practical, evidence-based strategies to support goals throughout the day, not just during therapy hours.
