ExcelPrep
A nonpublic school serving neurodiverse learners with specialized academic programming and individualized instruction. ExcelPrep is not a clinical practice and does not accept insurance. If you have reached this page looking for clinical or tutoring services, please see ExcelLearning.
ExcelLearning
A separate, licensed clinical practice providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy (ST), Occupational Therapy (OT), and tutoring services. ExcelLearning is the correct entity for all insurance verification, authorizations, and billing inquiries.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Evidence-based behavioral therapy supporting children with autism and developmental differences. Includes assessments, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing progress monitoring.
Speech Therapy (ST)
Evaluation and treatment of communication disorders including speech, language, fluency, and social communication skills for children and adolescents.
Occupational Therapy (OT)
Therapy focused on building daily living skills, fine motor development, sensory processing, and school readiness for pediatric patients.
Tutoring
Individualized academic tutoring for neurodiverse learners, supporting skill-building across core subjects with strategies tailored to each student’s learning profile.
Parent & Family Coaching
Guidance and coaching for parents and families to support their child’s development at home, strengthen communication strategies, and navigate educational and clinical systems.
School Within a School (SWIS)
An embedded support program working within existing school environments to provide specialized instruction and therapeutic services for neurodiverse students in an inclusive setting.
